앱을 이미 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 아래 주소로 요청해 주세요. 앱을 다시 설치하지 않아도 됩니다.

위 기록은 법령이 정한 기간 동안만 보관하며, 다른 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다. 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
요청을 접수하면 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
계정을 삭제하면 게임 진행도와 구매한 유료 재화가 모두 소멸하며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 이미 사용한 유료 재화는 환불되지 않습니다. 환불이 필요한 경우에는 계정 삭제 전에 Google Play 또는 App Store를 통해 먼저 문의해 주세요.
In the game, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you can no longer access the app, use the email method below.
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us. You do not need to reinstall the app.

These records are kept only for the statutory period, are not used for any other purpose, and are destroyed without delay once the period ends.
After we verify your identity, we complete the deletion and reply within 7 business days.
Deleting your account permanently erases your progress and any paid currency you hold. Paid currency already spent is not refunded. If you need a refund, contact Google Play or the App Store before requesting deletion.
